Mixed martial arts classes

Thanks to the Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC), Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) has increased in popularity in recent years. Combing a range of stand up and ground fighting it's considered an exciting way of getting fit and reaching peak physical fitness.
